We design and deliver one and two-day programmes on coaching, mentoring or both. Each programme is tailored to suit the needs of our client. These programmes are suitable for those who wish to acquire the skills but do not wish to achieve a qualification. The acquired skills can be mapped against the ILM syllabus should delegates wish to consider accreditation after training has taken place.
A one-day programme would be a 'taster' and a two-day programme would provide an opportunity to develop coaching skills further. Delegates are presented with a pack of materials to take away and recommended further reading
Longer more in-depth training in coaching and mentoring can be devised for organisations who require it. We can provide longer general development programmes or focus learning on some specific subjects such as 'in-depth listening' or 'action planning'.
