Coaching Skills for those working in Education

There is a commitment nationally to develop coaching skills in education. Head Teachers, teachers and teaching assistants can all benefit from acquiring the necessary skills to significantly improve their ability to cope with the demands of their challenging work environment and their self-management. We have worked with a number of education authorities. As a result of the training we have delivered, staff have also reported a positive impact on the students as well as their colleagues.
