These management training qualifications continue to gain in popularity with our customers because each syllabus includes the development of comprehensive skills development along with gaining an in depth knowledge of good practice in Coaching & Mentoring. For more details, see ILM Qualifications.
- Online learning provision for other ILM approved Centres offering ILM Coaching & Mentoring Qualifications
In 2007 we developed a comprehensive online learning module for our ILM level 5 candidates which has been very popular and provides a huge amount of flexibility. (The online module for the level 3 is also now available.) ILM have validated this resource for other Centres to use and so if you are an ILM Centre and would like to know more please contact us.
- Coaching Skills for those working in Education - Head Teachers, Teachers & Teaching Assistants
We are committed to helping those who undertake the crucial role of educating others to manage themselves, their colleagues and their workloads more effectively through a coaching approach. We are pleased to see the education profession embracing coaching and have worked with education staff in a number of areas across the UK. We plan to work with more teachers, teaching assistants and heads to build coaching cultures in their schools and offer a range of flexible services to this client group with their challenges in mind.
- Individual Coaching for Executives, Managers & Business Owners
As well as training others to coach, we provide face-to-face and phone-based coaching for individuals, either for short or longer periods of time. Individual coaching arrangements are negotiated with each client and their sponsor, if they have one. We have experience of working at all levels in public, voluntary and corporate sectors as well as working with entrepreneurs and small business owners at various stages of their business evolution. We can also provide some specifics, such as one-to-one presentation skills.
