ILM Qualifications in Leadership

Individuals and organisations recognise the importance of developing their leaders and managers as an essential part of the business success strategy. These ILM awards offer a thorough programme of development and assessment leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

ILM has recently unitised their qualifications to fit into the national framework; however the new leadership qualifications are not yet available. There are currently two levels of qualification aimed at a different client group. Each qualification contains units in theory and practice.

Level 3 Award & Certificate in Leadership
Level 4 Award & Certificate in Leadership

The Programme

Candidates follow a programme of agreed learning, development and assessment that allows them to successfully achieve their award. The programmes contain the following activities:

• Induction and Learning Materials
• A set number of hours of structured group learning
• Tutorials and development activities
• Assessment testing both knowledge and skills.
